Today these are widely available in the lead up to Easter, in Britain and other parts of the British Commonwealth, like Australia.
We couldn't find any to our liking, available in Lubbock. So we made our own.
It's like a less-sweet cinnamon bun, best served lightly warmed, with plenty of butter.
